Builds digital inclusion in Poland by equipping excluded communities with AI and marketing skills and connecting them to fair employment.

Digital inequality still limits economic opportunities for many people in Poland. Youth unemployment is rising faster here than anywhere else in the EU. Many groups, especially those in rural areas, young jobseekers, migrants, and people with disabilities, do not have the digital skills employers want.

As artificial intelligence changes the job market, people without strong digital skills risk being left out of stable, dignified work.

Dare Media was founded in 2019 to bring data-driven decisions, careful problem analysis, and accountability to marketing. This approach led the company to work on social impact projects, including efforts to improve digital inclusion.

Dare Media uses its digital marketing and AI expertise to help people who are excluded from the job market. The enterprise partners with universities and public institutions to offer intensive training in AI, digital marketing, and job skills, giving people a path to dignified work.

Dare Media also improves job access through its wingin.pl platform, which connects jobseekers with employers who follow fair labour standards. By combining commercial revenue, digital training, and job placement, Dare Media builds a sustainable business and helps create lasting change in the job market.

At Dare Media, we believe that marketing can and should create real impact. From the beginning, we built our company on a simple idea: when you combine data, technology, and deep problem-solving, you can change more than business results. You can change lives.

Programme support

Through the programme, we’ll support Dare Media in competing for larger national contracts; developing a high-quality AI and digital skills training program for universities in Poland and Lithuania; and creating a set of proprietary AI tools, including an AI-SEO product that will help clients remain visible as AI-driven search engines evolve. The programme will also support Dare Media with governance, impact measurement, financial controls, and long-term planning.
