InVento Innovation Lab empowers young people and businesses to drive positive environmental and social change through sustainable education programmes

The world is facing urgent environmental and social challenges, but there is often a gap in education and business strategies needed to create real progress. In Italy and across Europe, there’s a need to better equip young people and businesses with the knowledge and skills to drive positive environmental and social impact.

InVento Innovation Lab, founded by Giulia Detomati, addresses these challenges through its dual focus: sustainable entrepreneurship education and regenerative business consultancy. InVento Lab develops educational programmes that teach young people about sustainability and entrepreneurship, empowering them with the skills and awareness needed to champion sustainability in their future careers. These programmes have already reached 40,000 students, with the help of over 1,000 professionals who mentor and guide them.

InVento also works closely with companies and NGOs to create strategies that help them increase their positive impact on the environment and society. So far, 40 companies have benefited from InVento Lab’s expertise in developing more sustainable and regenerative business practices. As the first B Corp in Italy working on education in partnership with the Ministry of Education, InVento Lab is a leader in promoting sustainable business models.

Programme support

Looking ahead, InVento Lab aims to integrate topics like justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion into its programs. By participating in Dela accelerator program, InVento hopes to develop effective strategies to address and prevent gender biases from an early age, making its programmes even more inclusive and impactful. We look forward to supporting InVento as it continues to grow and lead in the field of sustainable and regenerative business.
