Re:Staff is a social enterprise that combines professional warehouse services with creating secure and meaningful jobs for people who are far from the labour market.

In Sweden, many people face barriers to entering the labour market due to mental health challenges, disabilities or other circumstances. This often results in isolation, loss of confidence, and long-term unemployment. At the same time, businesses need effective and sustainable ways to manage damaged or mislabelled goods.

Without practical solutions, these goods are frequently discarded or returned over long distances, resulting in unnecessary costs and environmental impacts.

Re:Staff addresses these challenges by combining professional warehouse services with work integration. The organisation offers a safe, structured, and sustainable path into working life for individuals who need extra support. Through meaningful tasks, clear routines and close guidance, Re:Staff supports participants in developing skills and confidence at their own pace.

Work can be both a path to independence and a way to regain self-esteem. When workplaces combine structure, security and development, inclusion becomes real.

— Gustav Gyllensten, Founder, Re:Staff

For customers, Re:Staff provides high-quality warehouse services, including repackaging, quality checks, ozone treatment, and documentation. These services help businesses save goods that would otherwise be wasted, reducing costs and environmental impact. Clients include major retailers such as Stadium and Rusta, as well as local property owners.

For participants, Re:Staff creates opportunities to gain routines, social cohesion and job satisfaction in an environment where work ability is seen as something that can grow. The organisation collaborates with municipalities, the Swedish Employment Agency, schools and non-profit actors to build long-term solutions.

The impact is twofold: strengthening individuals’ independence and integration into the labour market, while contributing to a more sustainable and circular economy. Re:Staff demonstrates that social, economic, and environmental benefits can be achieved together.
