  • Knowing and greeting each other by first name
  • Having fika to create a feeling of togetherness
  • Sharing our stories, being open and honest
  • Giving a helping hand to colleagues in need
  • Getting together for celebrations and daring to be playful
  • Recognising people and teams for their achievements
