To create a strong and living IKEA culture is to inspire, challenge and empower each other to work together, find better ways and get things done.
It’s about movement
To create a strong and living IKEA culture is about creating movement. For this to happen, people need to feel safe and confident to take risks. But also challenged to open up for new opportunities. We need to feel both supported and challenged to be our best selves. Through this we learn, develop and create movement. This in turn nurtures a culture where we work together, find better ways and get things done.We need to feel both supported and challenged to be our best selves
