Leather production empowering single mothers in Ethiopia

Tibeb Leather Works is a social enterprise providing training and job opportunities  in their leather workspace for women in their community.

The enterprise strongly believes in empowering people and by creating opportunities for marginalized women they help them to develop themselves to achieve their full potential. Tibeb Leather Works strive for the women to be recognised for their talents and become essential parts of the economic fabric of society.

 

When we started the program we had just scaled our enterprise and were still trying to get a hang of things, through the modules and coaching we were able to make well thought out decisions that helped structure our company.
