We've embarked on a new journey with our long-term partner Ashoka to launch Hello Accelerator, a global platform to accelerate impact in the field of migration. The programme brings together social entrepreneurs, civil society organisations, business leaders, policymakers, academics, and media to explore, build, and implement solutions that drive socio-economic inclusion for migrant talent in Latin America and Europe.

In Latin America, we've seen that socio-economic inclusion in the region is related to a need to change the narrative around migration, because of its effects on full access to basic needs and rights of people on the move. Recognizing the value of migrant talent and their skills can influence their portrayal in media, the policies that regulate their access to social systems and work, and give them an equal chance for a dignified life.

In Europe, we'll be looking at opening the door for skill-aligned work and shifting narratives to recognize the value people on the move bring into host communities. We understand that creating an environment for migrant talent to thrive through work contributes to the prosperity of all.

We see significant opportunity for collaborative innovations to emerge in the field of migration. That's why we co-created 2-year programme in strategic partnership with Ashoka that aims to:

• Support social entrepreneurs with systemic solutions in the field
• Bring key stakeholders together to build collaborative solutions
• Scale these solutions to corporate and policy structures
• Spread changemaking stories and knowledge across the sector
