Resonate partners with groups that provide skills and education by integrating leadership training into existing programmes. They provide short leadership workshops that allow women and girls to shift their mindsets, turn skills into action and fulfill their potential. As a result, the participants have the self-confidence to turn opportunity into action and gain the support of men and boys in their communities.

Through the business experiments and calls with the IKEA and Acumen coaches, we were able to identify different ways we could package our Training of Facilitator program (ToF) to fit customer needs and create recurring revenue. We have now refined our value proposition with a focus on the customer instead of the end user.
